EWS celebrates office building with charm and good energy

Celebrating joint successes and living a strong sense of togetherness - that's simply part and parcel of working at EWS. Whether it's a toast to successfully completed projects, a game of table tennis after work or regular team-building events: sharing, cohesion and shared experiences are very important to us.

One particular highlight is the annual birthday party at the office location in Parndorf, which took place for the fourth time this year. Gtogether with the entire team from Parndorf as well as our managing directors and owners, we celebrated this occasion in style.

"It is very important to us that everyone feels comfortable in the team and in the workplace. This includes a pleasant working environment as well as respectful and friendly interaction with each other," emphasise Alina and Esther Mirwald, who, like Gerhard Steindl and Joachim Payr, did not miss out on the team event this time either. 

EWS is convinced: Sustainable projects are created where the working environment is also sustainable and appreciative. 

High environmental and innovation criteria

With the ground-breaking ceremony on 9 June 2021, a modern service centre for wind energy and (agricultural) PV projects was created in Parndorf. The main reasons for choosing this location were the proximity to our customers and partners in the wind and PV industry, the good train connections and the location next to the cycle path, train station and close to the centre of Parndorf.

The office building was designed by EWS employee DIin Verena Bernardi with a particular focus on environmentally friendly construction methods and modern building technology. The office was officially opened in June 2022 and today around 25 employees work at the EWS site in Parndorf, Burgenland.
